Happy Thursday! 

Tomorrow is our Dolphin Buddies Pep Rally. Swimmers will get introduced to their Dolphin Buddy, learn cheers and make posters. The Pep Rally will start at 6:00!

Before the Pep Rally, we will be hosting a 15-18 & Coaches Meeting. All 15-18 swimmers are welcome to attend. We will discuss goals and expectations for the season. We will meet by the Snack Shack at 5:30.

The entries for Time Trials are attached. Here is the timeline:

11&Overs Arrive - 7:00am
11&Overs Warmup - 7:10-7:30am
10&Unders Arrive - 7:20am
10&Under Warmup - 7:30-7:50am
Meet Start - 8:00am

As a reminder, the theme is Color War! Each age group should wear their assigned color:

8&U: Yellow,  9-10: Pink, 11-12: Green, 13-14: Red, 15-18: Blue

If your swimmer has to leave the meet early, please let a coach know before leaving. We look forward to a great meet!
