It is our job to:
- Hire and manage the coaching staff;
- Assign and manage the volunteers;
- Organize the home meets and social activities;
- Provide weekly communication via email to parents;
- Provide support for our coaches; and
- Address parental concerns

Lauren Lee (me) grew up at NWB, swam with the Dolphins, lifeguarded, managed, coached and served on the NWB Board for two terms. Currently, I am one of the Team Reps for the Mighty Dolphins - and have been for the past three years. Community is one of my core values and I strive to always bring energy, organization, and a deep commitment to supporting swimmers of all ages and their families. All three of my children (Maisie - 14, Andrew - 12 (but almost 13), and Teddy - 11) swim on the swim team! The NWB swim team community is unmatched. My friends from swim team and I still have a group chat! I strive to make the NWB swim team a place of inclusion, fun and hard work! Let's GOOOOOOO Dolphins!
