Attached is the heat sheet for tomorrow's meet at Potomac.

As a reminder please arrive to Potomac at 8:10am or meet at NWB at 7:30am for the caravan.

Earlier in the season, the coaches made a limit tech suit use to only specific meets. However, after hearing feedback from parents we realized the decision was confusing. Therefore, we will leave the decision of what suit to wear up to the swimmer and their parents. If swimmers have a specific goal for the season that they are working towards (best time, all star time, divisionals, record, etc.) please let a coach know!
