Thank you for another successful lip sync. Here are a few reminders before the busy weekend

• Our last dual meet of the season is tomorrow at Hallowell. Heat Sheet is attached
  • Caravan arrives at NWB at 7:40am. Leaves at 7:50am.
  • If driving separately, please arrive at Hallowell at 8:10am.

• PLEASE DECLARE FOR DIVISIONALS. Even if you don't think your swimmer will be swimming. We need this availability by tomorrow afternoon!

• We will be having practice for all swimmers at the normal times (morning and evening) through Wednesday to prepare for our NWB races meet. After that, practice will be for Divisionals swimmers only.

• Please sign up for the NWB Races Meet. Swimmers may swim 4 events, which must be selected by families.
